Market Research
What I do. How I do it. What you can expect from me.

What i Do
My specialty is Secondary Market Research. This type of research uses white papers, industry surveys and reports and other published data (some subscription-based) as input to your report. Secondary Market Research projects are usually less time consuming and costly than a Primary Market Research project. They can be used as stand-alone information or as input to a larger, more in-depth research project.
I don’t just give you information, though. Part of the value I provide is a perspective on the data I gather and a thoughtful analysis of what I see. Since I’m an ‘outsider’ to your company, I sometimes see things from a different angle.

How I do it
Each client and industry is different. Consumer goods research requires different methods and resources than business services or higher education. The final report, depending on the end-customer, will also look different. For instance, a consumer sporting goods client may be most interested in reviews, social media activity and market trends. A higher education client may be most interested in employment and education trends in addition to industry or market trends.
Regardless of whether you are in consumer goods or business services, I use only reputable sources from industry experts and associations to make sure you feel confident in the information.

What you Can Expect from Me
Professionalism, communication and availability. That’s not meant to sound stuffy! I’m also flexible and approachable. The key thing is that I strive to give you the research you need, communicate well so that we all stay on the same page and do it in a way that makes it easy for you for work with me.
I’m ready when you are!
